Location: the hotel was just next door to the restaurant due to staff shortages, Meadows and sunny California. Also, Batiquitos Lagoon Ecological Reserve was 2 miles away.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, coffee and a fireplace. It had reasonably spacious bathroom to relax. The food was outstanding and the location was favourable.

The room was immaculate and impeccable with champagne and 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen, at least for me.

The rooms are perfectly appointed and big and they have coffee and a fireplace. The location is beautiful and particularly good and the staff is nice.

The hotel facilities were amazing, offering all the benefits of a superb villa along with 5-star Four Seasons hotel services. We loved our interconnecting 1-bedroom villa and superior room, which were perfect for our family with 2 older teenagers. The staff was extremely attentive and the location was ideal for golfing, beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The pool area was fantastic, with a separate pool for little ones and luxurious lounge chairs. The poolside food was delicious and the service was top-notch.

The peaceful ambiance allows guests to relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach or sight-seeing. Moreover, the restaurant is known for its delicious food, although occasionally there may be some delays in service due to staff shortages. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the well-tended grounds and pool area offer a lovely atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

Food was awful.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious. We were impressed with the exclusive amenities, such as the beautiful and relaxing Spa centre, soothing Sauna, and refreshing Outdoor swimming pool. The service was exceptional, and the staff was attentive to our every need. The Garden area was beautifully landscaped, making for a peaceful and stunning atmosphere.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the live entertainment - it could have been better, maybe with a wider variety of performances. However, this didn't detract from the overall experience, as everything else was wonderful.
